International Friendship Floral Celebration
As pretty as it sounds, the Festival is preparing a display of 65 tulip bouquets in the Lansdowne Park Tulip Gallery located in the Aberdeen Pavilion . For this new and exciting initiative, floral shops have been invited to create Two tulip bouquets for the opportunity to have them displayed as part of the 65 th Anniversary Tulip Bouquet exhibit in the Pavilion from May 11 to May 17. We anticipate thousands Of festival visitors to experience this wonderful floral spectacle as they meander through this botanical feast of flowers. To highlight this activity of the Festival, a special 65 th Anniversary Tulip Bouquet Vernissage event will take place on May 19, where participating florists will be honoured for their tulip creations..

65th Anniversary Fireworks Spectacular – Victoria Day Celebration!
Queen Victoria would be pleased! The Canadian Tulip Festival joins the rest of Canada in celebrating the May long weekend on Sunday, May 21 with a spectacular fireworks show in the TD Stadium at Lansdowne Park.
Grounds entry at 7 pm
DJ Party 7 pm to 9 pm
Fireworks start at 9 pm.
