Official Canadian Tulip Festival & Garden Promenade Transportation Services, with hop on & hop off services, provided exclusively by Gray Line Ottawa

Hop on our bilingual guided bus tours with open or close top Double Decker buses or our new half buses for a guided city tour or tour at your own pace by “hopping off” at the sites you want to explore and “hop back on” as many times through the day to resume your adventure tour. All this at your own pace. Visit all the important sites including museums, parks, galleries, the ByWard Market, the Canadian Parliament buildings, Lansdowne Park, Dow’s Lake and lots more during this fun, historical, educational 90 minute tour.

For the whole festival season you will be transported along the Garden Promenade where you will be able to step off to see them or stay on and enjoy these floral beauties.

Commissioners Park Tulips – A Garden Tulip Experience

Experience an explosion of over 250,000, show stopping, mass-planted tulip beds along  a spectacular 1 kilometer route that includes the Queen Juliana Gift Bed and Canada 150 tulip displays with interpretive signage, optional tulip tours, artists at work, acoustic music and more!

Legacy Tulip Tour – 30 minutes – $5/person
Our guide welcomes your group to tour the Royal Gift Tulip Bed, the Tulip Legacy Plaza and provides an overview of our Canadian tulip heritage, as well as, our Tulip Legacy Story. Explore the tulip gardens and enjoy the vibrant surroundings.

Lansdowne Park Tulip Gallery – A Friendship, Floral and Art Tulip Experience

This is the place to be for the 65th edition of the Canadian Tulip Festival during Canada’s 150th Anniversary! A dedicated hub of floral exhibits and installations, international friendship activities and entertainment, tulip art celebrations, a photographic exhibit paying homage to Malak Karsh, interactive family programming, Electric Tulip Victoria Weekend fireworks, the Tulip Café and much more!

65th Anniversary  Tulipmania Fireworks – May 21st

In keeping with the annual Victoria Day weekend firework tradition, the festival presents, a Tulipmania experience to celebrate our 65th anniversary. The evening event begins at 7 pm (Doors open at 6:30 pm) and concludes with musical fireworks at dusk.

Tulips on the Garden Promenade – A City Tulip Tour Experience

The Garden Promenade is a 15 kilometer route of gardens from Rideau Hall and the Governor General’s residence to the Experimental Farm gardens to Parliament Hill.

The Festival offers a Step-on-Guide service to tour The Garden Promenade to a maximum of 3 stops. Your guide will also provide information on the Canadian Tulip Festival’s heritage and its 65 years of celebration.

Tulip Festival Bike Tour and Rental Packages

Discover the beauty of tulips at your own pace on bicycle. Take one of our daily guided Tulip bike tours or rent a bike on your own and explore the tulips using our self-guided map.
